At this time, insurance is not accepted for weight loss treatments or aesthetic services at Radiant Wellness & Weight Loss. These services are offered on a self-pay basis, with flexible payment options available for your convenience.

However, insurance may be used for bloodwork and lab testing, depending on your coverage. We’ll provide the necessary documentation so you can check with your provider and, if applicable, apply your benefits toward diagnostic testing.

For all other treatments, including prescription weight loss medications, hormone therapy, IV therapy, and aesthetic procedures, payment is due at the time of service.
